M\u00eame masqu\u00e9s, c&#8217;est un vrai plaisir d&#8217;\u00e9prouver les sensations de d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre et d&#8217;\u00e9quilibre (parfois fragile) dans des postures plus ou moins complexes. C&#8217;est \u00e0 pied, avec une belle marche dynamique que nous nous rendons jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 la salle, en traversant le parc de la Cit\u00e9 Radieuse. Les s\u00e9ances commencent toujours par un \u00e9chauffement mesur\u00e9 des principales articulations sollicit\u00e9es. Cette discipline demande \u00e0 chacun d&#8217;\u00eatre \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9coute de ses sensations et de faire confiance \u00e0 son ou ses partenaires: c&#8217;est donc aussi un apprentissage en \u00e9ducation morale et civique, comme souvent en sport! (respect de soi et des autres, respect des r\u00e8gles et des lieux, \u00e9quit\u00e9 filles\/gar\u00e7ons&#8230;)<br>Vive le sport \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9cole!<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<div
